Because of the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a file has been downloaded or accessed.

However, if you experience any issues with your download or receive the wrong file, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We’ll be happy to help resolve the problem and make sure you receive the correct file.
